Procedure for tenancy
All properties are advertised on the website and brief details and photographs are available for viewing. Should you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to email us on the email account listed or call us on one of the telephone numbers given.
Once you have seen the properties on line, should you wish to attend in person to view a particular property, you will need to call the company to arrange for a member of staff to meet with you. They will accompany you on any site viewing.
If there is a decision to proceed with a tenancy, a deed of tenancy will need to be drawn up between Motspa Holdings Ltd and the tenant/s of the property. There will then be an exchange of contracts and retention of a deposit from the tenant. This deposit is securely lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme and serves as a protection against any damage or disrepair that may occur.
At the end of the tenancy, unless there is any damage caused, the deposit will be returned to the tenant in full.
